Frequently Asked Questions

At the moment our gifts contain a Sleepsuit (long-sleeve), Bodysuit and Knotted Hat - with sizes available for Newborns and 0-3 months. Just choose the right style and your delivery address, and we will deliver the gift straight to their door!

For now, we only have set gift packages unfortunately. However, we are working on new ways to improve our gift packages and to provide flexibility around choice for your loved ones. We will keep you updated.

We deliver within a standard 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from when the order was made, and can't commit to exact dates at this moment! International orders can take up to 10-15 working days. We would recommend ordering well ahead of the due date for those perfect pictures.

Unfortunately, once your order is made, we make and process them pretty quickly. If you have made a mistake and would like to re-order, please send us an email within 24 hours and we can make those changes or provide a refund for your order.

We are an online team, so feel free to send us an email (on the contact us page) and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Bear with us, we can be busy during periods, but we will try and get back to you within 24 hours.

All of our styles are made in Newborn and 1-3 months. No other sizes are provided. 

Unfortunately, we have a no returns policy. Should there be a problem with your order, please do contact us at info@bubba-baby.co.uk and we will do our best to help!

We currently deliver to the UK for a standard price of £3.50 and Internationally to; France, Belguim, Austria, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland for £10. Any order over £50 in the UK is free!
